Located about 800 km from Almaty, near the Chinese border, we have selected for you the mountain territories rich in their diversity and their wild side, plus you will benefit from a favorable climate without forgetting of course the large populations of 'animal species including deer Maral and Ibex.

These vast territories are hunted between 2000 and 3500m above sea level and mainly on horseback. This mode of travel will optimize your chances of success. This is why, we advise you a certain knowledge and experience of riding, an essential prerequisite!

 

The average Maral deer trophies collected in recent years are 11 to 13 kg.

 

Course of the stay :

Maral hunting takes place over 10 days including 8 days of hunting (day 2 to 9).

Although most of your trips will be made on horseback, this hunt nevertheless requires good physical condition. This territory benefits from pleasant mountain accommodation, however a temporary base camp will be set up for the specific purpose of hunting an animal or a specific area over 3 or 4 nights.

The shooting distances can be quite long, 300 m and more. We therefore advise you to know your weapon and optics perfectly. The weapon test will be organized upon your arrival at the base camp.

 

When to hunt:

It is possible to hunt the Maral deer from the first Saturday in September until November 1. The best time to collect large bucks being during the roar is it is best to plan your trip before October 10.
